Inspiration Monday:Oversized Parka

This time for Inspiration Monday Two Birds gave us Kate Hudson, with a very cool over-sized parka, and I decided to borrow my coat from my husband's closet. Since it was so cold outside I zipped up the removable puffer jacket.

What I'm wearing:
jacket - London Fog // similar here and here
turtleneck sweater - Zara // similar
bleach-dye shirt - JCPenney // similar
jeans - Loft // similar
boots - UGG // similar
socks - Walmart // similar
hat & gloves - H&M // similar

I found that for some reason I couldn't reply to a comment on my own blog. My reply button just disappeared. I want to let you know that I always appreciate the time out of your day for visiting my blog and every comment that you leave here. I can't thank you enough,

You nailed the look Alena, and I hope you stay warm. It has been freezing here. Thank you for linking this up to "Bloggers Who Have Inspired Me" today.

Great recreation! I must say, I'm always a little bitter about celebrity outfits with coats because they always wear them open. With this bitter winter, there's definitely none of that here!

Sincerely,
Sabrina

I love how you used your husband's coat, I wouldn't have even known! The socks peeking out from your boots are adorable!

REally spot-on interpretation! I've fallen out of participating with Inspiration Monday, but I should really get back into the cycle. I think it's because I'm not co-hosting the SIA challenge, which also falls on Mondays... but you can never get enough inspiration, right? :)
