Inspiration Monday: The longing for spring

Today's inspiration from Two Birds is Lea Michele. Girls already used this photo once. Last time Lea Michele's outfit inspired me for this outfit with a bright scarf and plaid shirt. More details can be seen here.

I still don't have such a cool , bulky sweater like she has, so I just made this grey outfit with my knit coat  For an imitation of her buckles I used flower brooches. They also have a second use; they call out for the blooming of spring...because the weather here is still far from desirable.

What I'm wearing:
knit coat - Nordstrom // similar
turtleneck sweater - Zara // similar
loose fit sweater - Forever 21 // similar
cords - Joe's // similar
cut out boots - London Rebel // similar
brooches - Macy's // here
purse - Coach // similar

I didn't realise brooches were back in fashion! I love the splash of colour against the grey. Your cardi looks super warm!
