Day to Night

Today I’m making a Day to Night series. This 'errands running' outfit is easy to transform into a 'night out' outfit. The burgundy color (now it's fashionable to call it 'marsala') is so trendy right now, so I just made a simple, fun outfit playing with this color. With flats this is one of my most comfy outfits.

Now throw on some heels, a sparkly necklace, and an evening bag, and you're ready for a nice dinner out.

Accessories make a world of difference, no? Love that wrap sweater and both pairs of shoes. Also that statement necklace is gorgeous. You look splendid in purple!

Kiss your handsome grandson from me. =)

Great example of how to transition from day to night by just changing shoes & accessories. Love the night accessories by the way. And I love wrap tops too.

Have a nice week!

Those flats look really comfortable. But with heels the whole outfit is elevated. :)

Great day to night look. I have often thought of doing a series like this in the future. I love your accessories for the night look. Also you were featured from last week on "Bloggers Who Have Inspired Me" today. Congrats!
