Snow trend: Hit the Slopes

As you probably know from my previous posts, the entire East Coast has been enduring a cold front, and with the chilly weather we also got snow today. So choosing clothes and getting dressed  for 'Take one, pass it on challenge' became less & less about what I wanted to wear and more & more about just piling on layers to keep warm.
Today's repeat piece was a pair of corduroy pant, and for layers I added a ski/snowboarding jacket and hoodie...layers that can't be seen and are known only to mе.
I'm absolutely not a ski or snowboard  person. The closest I get to being a winter daredevil is to rock my ski jacket and snowplow my way down the bunny hill.

What I'm wearing:
jacket - Nordica, hoodie  - Champs, cords - Joe Fresh, shoes - J41, headband earmuffs and gloves - no name

I found that for some reason I couldn't reply to a comment on my own blog. My reply button just disappeared. I want to let you know that I always appreciate the time out of your day for visiting my blog and every comment that you leave here. I can't thank you enough,

Hi, Alena! I'm from Indiana, so we are on the same track, when it comes to dressing right. I also posted on dressing warm for the winter weather (I followed your post on "Fashion Friday" over at Jo Lynn Shane's blog. I'm not a ski'er either, but in this weather, you never know what we may be forced to do to get around!! :) Stay warm!!!

This is a great way to look stylish on the slopes, something which can be at times hard to do - you look amazing and I hope you can join in with Street Style Sunday linky again this week
